  1. 40 Days of Yoga : Go Deep to Get Light

    Traditionally, 40 days have been powerful to help one create new and healthier patterns, while also assisting in dropping those that are not serving us. Adrianne and Lauren will lead 4 weekend workshops; diving deeper into the yoga teachings including yoga philosophy, physical practice, meditation, pranayama, and self study. Lauren and Adrianne will provide daily inspirations and check ins through a private Facebook group in addition to leading classes throughout the week at One Yoga Saskatoon. Participants will learn how to develop a personalized daily practice and will have access to unlimited classes in the studio during the 40 Days of Practice. Create the changes you want and find the light that resides in YOU.
