Yoga for Runners

Yoga can help you run! This workshop is designed to keep you running by loosening tight spots, strengthening weak spots, reducing injury risk and making you a better runner.


A vinyasa-style yoga practice designed as a pre-run warm-up will start us off - then we will move seamlessly into yoga poses targeting muscle groups specific to running. We will incorporate muscle release exercises using tennis balls along with guided meditation and breath work - pranayama. Join Emily in creating a mind/body connection with running using yoga as the guiding element to enhance your running experience. 



Open to all levels of runners with or without yoga experience.
