Yoga for Anxiety & Depression: Creating Emotional Balance

Time: Saturdays 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm
This eight-week progression is designed to help you develop a deeper understanding of your emotional fluctuations and how yoga can become a tool in achieving emotional balance. Each week we will explore different aspects of the breath and the body and how they connect to what is happening in the mind. Sara creates a safe space for developing personal practice that allows you to take that embodied experience off of the mat and into your everyday life.
