Yoga for Anxiety
The goal of the workshop is to bring awareness to the physical and mental effects of anxiety disorders (or even every day stress) and how they can be treated with a yoga practice.
This workshop will include postures, breathing and meditation practices that can be helpful, as well as learning how to be your own teacher so you can learn what triggers your anxiety.
All proceeds from the workshop will be donated to Crocus Co-op, a non-profit organization in Saskatoon that offers mental health support.
