Prenatal Yoga 4 Week

Date: November 23 - December 21 (No class December 7)
Time: 7:15 pm - 8:15 pm
Class is suitable for any trimester and all levels of yoga. Bond with your baby from the very beginning of your journey together and also connect to a community of mothers. Help your body stay strong, flexible and open to change as we prepare for the birthing process (and afterwards) using asana, pranayama, mantra, pelvic floor awareness, and more.
Lindsey Gardner is an RYT 200 and has additional training in pre/post natal, hands on assists, ashtanga, hatha, vinyasa krama, and yin yoga.
