40 Days with Ryan Leier

2012 is a new beginning. So many of us feel helpless and trapped in different habits, relationships, jobs, patterns. Yoga practice gives us the tools to become free. This may sound like a big claim, but it is the truth. This is a chance to Transform your life! 40 Days is a magical time. Many spiritual traditions refer to 30 days and it's power. Within that timespan you gain the power to make or break habitual patterns and ways of living. I have led 9 of these 40 day practices over the past 5 years and every time magic happens. It is a big commitment, but it is so powerful.

The Renew and Restore class will be changed from 4:00-5:30 to 7-8:30 p.m. starting January 15th and will return to it's usual class time of 4:00-5:30 p.m. on February 26th.
