1. Yoga For Runners with Emily

    Yoga can help you run! This new workshop is designed to keep you running by loosening tight spots, strengthening weak spots, reducing injury risk and making you a better runner. Open to all levels of runners with or without yoga experience. A vinyasa-style yoga practice designed as a pre-run warm-up will start us off - then we will move seamlessly into yoga poses targeting muscle groups specific to running. We will incorporate muscle release exercises along with guided meditation and breath work - pranayama. Join Emily in creating a mind/body connection with running using yoga as the guiding element to enhance your running experience.

  2. Gong Bath on the New Moon Workshop

    The sound of the gong has been used for healing, relaxation and transformation for hundreds of years. The cosmic nature of the sound leads the mind to rest from everyday life into a more soulful and expanded experience where we can connect to our own spirit beyond the realm of thought. Arnbjörg Kristin Konradsdottir will play two gongs during the event. She has traveled and played in various events, festivals, yoga classes, medicine wheels for years in her home country, Iceland. She teaches regular yoga classes back home to youth and adults (on land and in water) and enjoys sharing and teaching the art of playing the gong.

  3. Be The Love with Emmanuel Jal

    Emmanuel Jal is a former child soldier from South Sudan, turned international recording artist, activist and philanthropist, and life educator. Jal’s vision is to share his experiences for social emotional learning through the Arts Business and Philanthropy, in order to create a higher state of conscious global awakening. His teachings are rooted in Jal’s own experience, and ancient and modern teachings that have supported him in his own healing from trauma. He now shares his learnings and methodology with others through workshops, speaking engagements and one on one sessions designed to help others free themselves from struggle, step into their leadership and find their purpose.
